30-Day Return Period

Our Refunds and Returns Policy offers a 30-day window from the date of your purchase. If a full month has passed since your acquisition, unfortunately, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition as received. It should also be in its original packaging.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, such as gift cards. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds Scenarios

Partial refunds may be granted in specific scenarios, including:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributed to our error.
  • Items returned beyond 30 days after delivery.

Upon receiving and evaluating your return, we will notify you via email about its receipt and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be initiated and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, and then reach out to your bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at andrew@droplineshop.com.

Sale Items

Refunds are applicable only to regularly priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or was shipped to the gift giver for later delivery to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For higher-value items, using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is advisable. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
